LOAs, Leave of Absences

Alright, those of you from Hapes alreadly know about this, but those that don't here it is.

When you know you are going to be absent for an extended period of time (three days or more) file a LOA (Leave Of Absense). Failure to file a LOA and then being gone for extended periods of time could result in demotion or other bad things. If at all possible, file the LOA at least one week in advance.

Filing a LOA

To file a LOA, you must put in these fields.

Name: Your in-game name, not your real name.
Rank: The rank you currently have.
Divison: SGC, SG-5, SG-2, or SG-1?
Date Leaving: The day you are going to be going on your LOA.
Date Returning: The day that you will be returning from your LOA.
Possible Extensions: Is it possible that this might last longer? If so, how many days could it extend by?

The above is the required information that you must enter. You can add additional information such as why you are leaving, but it is not required.

We ask this of you guys so that we can plan accordingly. If three quarters of SG-5 is going to be on LOA, then we won't plan a mission for them while most of the team is on LOA. It really does help with organizing missions and other projects.

We do understand that real life crops up, however, if there is an emergency (Relative or you gets hurt, parents ground you, etc) then we will work it out with you. As soon as you get back, message either myself or the General and we will work with you.
