SG-1 Squad bay

[David Webbster]

David made his way from the briefing room to his locker as if he was on autopilot. As he walked through the halls his mind was dwelling on the task at hand. He fumbled with the combination lock, his hands shaking too much to turn the dial. He gave up in desperation and sat on the bench behind him, with his head in his hands. He felt so out of place almost everyone he'd seen on the base so far had been millitary, out of the two teams selected he was the only civilian. Now the fate of the entire planet stood on the edge of the knife, and he couldn't shake the feeling that it was all his fault...

[Bob Wilson]

Bob returned the salute and shook Tal's hand. "I'm not that big on saluting. It seems alot of the other officers are like that too. I was a little taken aback when I first got here but just wait until you go through the stargate. I believe we ship out in a couple of hours."

Bob watched David walk in and start fumbling with his locker. He look awfully nervous. "Hello David. This is Lt. Tal Locke he just transfered, I believe that he replaces Kansas in our team." Bob introduced the pair trying to get both of their minds off of the mission.

[Tal Locke]

"Dr. Webbster, nice to meet you. I understand that you are an Archaeologist. I was also an archaeologist for a little bit before joining the ARA. It's always good to meet another history man" Locke offers his hand for a hand shake.

[Bob Wilson]

Bob looked at his watch and then turned to the others.
"Alrite people, it's time to get to the ship. Let's go."
With that Bob turned and left the room. He headed for the elevator and held it open for the other three.

[Tal Locke]

After quickly grabbing the equipment he would need, Locke follwed the Major out of the room.

[David Webbster]

David stood up and started gathering the rest of his equipment as quickly as he could, which was still a very slow pace. Finaly he had gathered all the equipment he could possibly need to face certain death and slammed his locker door shut, and left the locker room for the dangers that lay ahead.

As the all got into the elevator they headed up to the ground level. Outside the elvator they were directed to a jeep that was waiting for them. They took the jeep to Peterson AFB, where they boarded a jet to Nevada with SG-2.
